TELESCOPIC CONIC PORTABLE CHAIR LEG SPRING

Telescopic conic portable chair leg spring is a product which has been developed in order to provide a more comfortable usage of chairs having different models and designs and to increase the usage life of the chair against falls and impacts.

Chair leg chocks at different designs and functions have been developed but these chocks do not include springs. These chocks are used mostly to cover the metal forming the leg and to prevent damage over the floor so their primary functionality is not providing springback so there is no feel of floppiness when sitting on the chair.

At figures, unique numbers have been assigned to all parts and these numbers mean the followings:

Telescopic conic portable chair leg spring includes; (1) Telescopic conic spring fastening ring (4), Telescopic conic chair leg spring level having the widest spring diameter (2),Telescopic conic spring (3) and Telescopic conic portable chair leg spring chock (5). Telescopic conic portable chair leg spring (1) is rotated on the reverse direction of winding direction of the ring in order to allow Telescopic conic spring fastening ring (4) which forms the upper part of the spring to be easily inserted into lower section of the chair leg. Spring has been designed in a phased (2) manner for the telescopic conic spring (1) not to be inserted completely inside the leg. Telescopic conic spring fastening ring (4) reaches at the bottom of the leg after a certain level so it is possible for the spring to be fixed at a certain center.

Telescopic conic portable chair leg spring (1) has a different function and design. Since the chair is able to spring while somebody is sitting on it, it is very comfortable. Springs available at the lower section of the chair legs allow a soft sitting. Since telescopic conic springs (3) have a conic spiral design, spring action is realized by telescopic motion of rings instead of overlapping.

Telescopic conic portable chair leg spring (1) absorbs impacts at strikes or fall downs so it allows a more silent and soft standing over the floor and as a result, it increases the strength against external impacts. System functions as the conic springs are bended through inside themselves. Springs stretch against any impact applied over the chair and they absorb the shocks so the chair provides a comfortable sitting area. Since conic springs are tightly inserted into the chair leg, it is not possible for them to get off the legs.

System may be set up without requiring a radical improvement over the chair. Since telescopic conic springs (1) can be installed over the legs without requiring any clamp or screw, they are practical and have lower installation cost. Since they are not integrated it is possible to dismount them in case of broking of chair. Telescopic conic springs (1) have been designed in a circular shape but it is also possible to form telescopic conic portable triangular chair leg spring (7) or telescopic conic portable square leg spring (8) having the similar functionality depending on the shape of the leg.
