WASHING MACHINE WITH CONCAVE DRUM AND BOILER Washing machine with concave drum and boiler is a washing machine designed to make energy and time saving and to use less water at each models. At present washing machines, side walls of drum and boiler are straight and such machines start washing operation after taking a definite amount of water inside the boiler and washing is started after water taken inside is distributed evenly to all of the boiler. However side walls of the drum and boiler used in Washing machine with concave drum and boiler are concave and water is taken through front and back walls from bottom of boiler and drum. Since side walls of the drum and boiler are in concave shape, water level increases starting from the pit section and level is getting shallower from middle to front and back sides. Explanations of the shapes used in the invention; Figure 1- Side section of washing machine with concave drum and boiler. Parts at figures have been individually numbered and the corresponding descriptions have been mentioned below: 1- Washing machine with Concave drum and boiler Washing machine with concave drum and boiler (1) has a similar operation as present washing machines. Laundries placed inside the drum are cleaned by right and left rotation of drum at different time intervals and so by slamming with each other and by rubbing to the drum and chocks available over the drum. However, in this washing machine concave drum (8) and boiler (6) have been used. Due to the shape of drum (8) and boiler (6), boiler is filled with water in a very short period of time and by less water and so washing operation starts earlier than the present washing machines. Washing operation is generally started whenever water reaches at walls of drum and this requires more time in present washing machines. Since side walls and bottom sections of present washing machines with front and upper covers have a straight structure, they need more water to be filled and this requires more time to start washing. However, water reaches to inner walls of drum washing machines with concave boiler (6) and drum (8) in a shorter period of time and washing operation can be started by less water and in a shorter period of time. Similarly, since less water is taken in, less water is required to be discharged and so the next operation can be started more quickly. Concave drum (8) and boiler used for laundries to be washed in a shorter period of time by less water can be mounted over all washing machines al all models and designs without requiring a radical change. It seems as an advantage for the drum (8) to start washing operation in a short period of time and by using less water. It also thought that the concave drum (8) has an effect over laundries to be washed more clean. Elliptic shape (18) of drum (8) causes laundries to slide continuously down the bottom pit so due to a more friction force, laundries get cleaned in a shorter period of time. Washing machine with concave drum (8) and boiler (6) allows too many laundries to be washed at once. The concave structure of boiler and drum increases the volume of drum and creates more space for laundries inside the machine. Besides, elliptic shape of drum (8) creates more centrifugal force during wringing laundry so at the same cycle laundries are better wringed. The system is able to be used with also graded concave boiler (20), drum (21) (Figure 2) and concave graded and non graded drum (53) with front cover with no hillock (Figure 5), concave graded and non graded drum (54) with upper cover with no hillock (Figure 6) and pyramidal concave boiler and drum versions which almost have similar set up and functions. Washing machine with Pyramidal concave boiler (67) and drum (68) (Figure 9,10,11,12,13 ) has similar set up and operation as washing machine with concave boiler and drum but the difference is that; side walls and bottom of boiler and drum of washing machine with pyramidal boiler and drum do not have the shape of arch or elliptic but have a straight and sharp lines.
